Third annual Western C Tip-Off Tournament held in Frenchtown

It was the third annual Western C Tip-Off Tournament held on Friday and Saturday in Frenchtown on Dec. 1 and 2. The tournament is hosted in part by Alberton Principal and Athletic Director, Kyle Fisher.

“We try to match up similar teams in both District 13 and 14C,” he said. “This makes the games competitive and fun to watch.”

There were 14 teams competing over two days with scheduled games. It was not a tournament with a first place winner but rather an opportunity for teams who typically don’t have a chance to play each other match-up for some friendly competition.

Teams this year were Charlo, Valley Christian, Noxon, Darby, Plains, Drummond, Clark Fork, St. Regis, Victor, Hot Springs, Lincoln, Granite, Frenchtown JV, and Seeley-Swan.
